"We stayed at the property during October 2024 when the terrible rains came to Valencia. Although we weren't affected in Moraira, Paz the owner very kindly reached out to make sure we were alright. The property itself is fantastic and all the better for not being a new build. The house is an easy enough walk into town, although if you're with small children you'll probably want a buggy ... at least for the homeward leg which is mostly uphill! Villa is a 12 euro ride from Benidorm and even shorter to terra mitica and terra natura. Villa is a spacious 5 bedroom with all amenities you could need including washing machine, iron and hair dryers. The maintenance team are only a message away and quickly sorted our 1 problem. "When we arrived at the villa we were blown away! The photos don’t do it justice! 8 adults stayed and you never felt on top of each other. Lots of lovely areas to relax away from everyone if needed! It was so so clean, light and airy. It had everything and more that you need. Lots of extras too! The wine and beer and other treats were such a lovely touch. "Wonderful rustic house with guesthouse, brilliant views, well equipped kitchen. Even when the weather was bad we could watch the storm from the veranda. There were plenty of spaces to enjoy sun, shade or protected from the wind. Will definitely repeat! Thank you!"
