Villa Bugenvilla is located on a hill steeply sloping towards the beach, guaranteeing spectacular views of both the sea and the mountains. The path leads to the nearest beach, and then down the stairs. In a straight line to the sea is about 200 meters. Within several kilometers there are also dozen other charming pebble or rocky beaches – from large and noisy, with full facilities, to small and intimate. Most of them have a gentle descent to the sea and are ideal for families with children.
The nearest restaurant and well-equipped grocery store is about 300 meters down a path or 1 kilometer along an asphalt street.
In the area you can find an exceptionally rich offer of tourist attractions – Adriatic beaches offering sea and sun bathing, boat or motor boat cruises, diving lessons and windsurfing. Located only 5 km from the Villa Omiš, it encourages visiting the cozy old town, full of monuments and lively pubs, or, for example, climbing two fortresses towering over the city. The Cetina canyon, unique on a Dalmatian scale, provides attractions that will not be found on other parts of the coast - river cruises, rafting, kayaking and zip-line rides.
Thanks to its location in the middle of the Dalmatian coast line, Villa Bugenvilla is also a convenient starting point for exploring further surroundings - the capital of the Split region is 25 km, Makarska 30 km, Trogir 50 km, Imotski 50 km, Medjugorje 105 km, Mostar 110 km, Krka National Park 115 km, and Dubrovnik and Zadar less than 200 km.
