Attractive holiday home with pool in the small village of Mimice, on the Omi Riviera. This comfortable domicile boasts a high-quality interior and is perfect for a dream holiday. Due to the hillside location, the main entrance is on the first floor, where there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Internal stairs lead down to the ground floor with a spacious living and dining area, a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom. On the fenced and well-kept plot, the pool terrace offers a magnificent view that exceeds all expectations. There is a pebble beach about 10 minutes' walk away, which can be reached via a steep path. Behind the house runs a road from Napoleon's time, which is now a cycle path about 10 kilometres long. Visit the town of Omi with its sandy beaches and the old town centre.
