"Overall things were fine. Some things could use updating. In particular the heat system was extremely loud and made it difficult to sleep. Mind you we were there in October for fall colors. Mattresses could use a refresh too Host was awesome and I would consider renting again."

"We went up for a quick weekend to enjoy the colors and some family time! This house was perfect for us! It was clean, and roomy! It is just a minute from downtown Suttons Bay which was a perfect little walk from the house. Very close to Hoplot which is a fun place to visit!"

We were concerned about the weather for our original dates, and she let us modify it to the following long weekend where we had beautiful 80 degree days full of sunshine. We also rented the Pontoon with her local tour guide and we didn't want it to end, it's an absolute must-do! Thank you so much Maureen, my family and I loved it!"

"Beautiful home situated perfectly and uniquely on the bay- stunning views and private wooded setting. We loved watching the swans swim by every day! House was well-stocked and immaculate; perfect blend of that cottage feel combined with luxury. Excellent communication with host. So many hiking trails, nature and beaches to experience in OMP, also a very nice grocery store & restaurant just up the road. Was a wonderful, quiet winter getaway for us! "Great weekend get away. We really enjoyed our stay. House was perfect. Just the cutest stay. We look forward to staying again and have shared the place with family already. The only thing that would have been helpful is a light on to find the house in the dark better. But Mary was immediately available both times I called for help so it wasn’t an issue. "

"My sisters and their spouses joined me and my spouse for 4 nights at the beach house. The weather was cold, windy rain and snow but it didn’t matter as we were in the perfect place - beautiful views of the lake from all rooms, a nice fireplace kept us warm and cozy, a well stocked kitchen allowed us to enjoy several home cooked meals. Carol, our hostess was welcoming and easy to access, always got back quickly when any concerns were raised. Our only gripe was dishwasher really wasn’t working and...
