"The hotel facilities were nice. The private hot tub on the patio was amazing. We were so happy we chose the room we did. Our mini fridge didn't work and when we told the employee at the front desk, he actually just shrugged his shoulders and didn't respond. We mentioned we had purchased food items because we expected to have the fridge. And he didn't respond. So our food spoiled and our plans for having a few things in our room were ruined. "The resort is in a great location near the water and walkable to a McDonalds. The restaurant is quite pricey. We ordered pizza and ate in the pub area which was empty. Our room was absolutely filthy, with dead bugs on the night stand and smears on the ceilings and walls. The glass shelving hadn't been cleaned in ages. The bathroom was dank and smelled of mould. "This was a nice hotel. Our room had a view of the lake and we could see the seaplanes landing. It was a short walk to Eat Street for restaurants. It has reciprocity with Novotel next door that has hot pools, a jacuzzi and a pool. The room and breakfast were good."

"Had a brilliant stay here. Girls in reception are so helpful and want to do as much as they can for you. Though I think one was a bit shocked that on our 25th wedding anniversary we had booked the Honeymoon Suite!! Great room with a spa right in the room! Bathroom was HUGE!! Brilliant and comfy bed. We had a room upstairs so be aware of you have heavy luggage. There was an on-site beautician available to book. Convenient location. Easy to find. Would recommend and happily stay here again. "

"The house had beautiful views and was an easy walk down the driveway to a nice beach area. Loved the nearby Soda Springs. Truly relaxing holiday at a fantastic spot. Surrounded by bush and birds but still sunny. Thanks!"
