"We came here for Thanksgiving to spend time with friends and family. The house was very clean and stocked well with towels, spices and such. I am really weird about using kitchen sponges and stuff but this house had brand new kitchen sponges and a lot of cleaning supplies; I know that is an odd thing to mention but it is one of my pet peeves. I loved the back patio and boat dock. The house was in the cove area and I think that helped to shield us from the wind because it was in the 50's...

"The property was clean and well kept, with plenty of amenities. Communication with host was easy. We had room for 10 without being cramped. The location in a quiet cove was nice. The neighborhood Labrador was a well behaved visitor the kids enjoyed. The fishing from the boat house dock was excellent. I would highly recommend. "

"My boys and I stayed over the Thanksgiving holiday and it was just what we needed. Even though there was a freeze warning at night while we were there, the house was nice and warm! The house had everything we needed, and the fenced in yard was perfect for our dog! The weather was great during the day and we drove to Caddo Lake a couple times and ate in Jefferson. The Lake Cafe had wonderful breakfast! We will definitely be back! "

"We booked the home to take in the Eclipse. We really enjoyed the stay. The extra little touches were very nice and welcoming. The home was very clean, linens and beds were very comfortable. We would 100% recommend this property to anyone looking for a beautiful lakefront view. We recommend installing a handrail to the steps. We reached out to property contact via phone (left vm) and email to see if we could arrive a little early. I never received a callback or an email response."

"Easy place to find. was there for fishing tournament and driveway was a little difficult to park 2 trucks and a boat but was doable. Would have no problem staying here again. Owner was super easy to deal with and refrigerator had breakfast food ready to cook."

"When we 1st arrived we couldnt get a hold of the host to let us in. But i did got in contact with evolve and they were really helpful and assisted us right away and got us in the house. The stay was very relaxing and very peaceful. Would love to stay on this property again. Oh and the bed in the master bedroom was so comfortable. I slept so good. "
