Sheets were dirty on the King bed, moved rooms and the deadbolt lock did not engage fully just a few millimeters because of previous brake in, we did not feel safe. Do not recommend this Hotel.

Our room was very dated. The carpet was stained and torn, there was a large crack in the kitchen countertop and the furniture was old and uncomfortable. The beds were comfortable however and the space served our needs for the night.

I was hoping that the two story room would be on the ground floor... they are not. But, it was pleasant. I see they are remodeling and that's good as the rooms I had needed help.

The best power about the property was we could go right into our door. The bedding was dirty and had holes in it. It is not premium bedding. We went out and actually bought some blankets our stay. I don’t travel with a hairdryer anymore and they wanted to charge $50 to use one. It’s not listed online with other fees. Their pet fee says $30 for your stay. They charged me $75. A lot of unfinished half done work in the room, missing the closet door, shower sort of worked. Growing up in Omaha, I know the area well and wasn’t that concerned, one homeless guy sitting out on the stairs one morning. Otherwise the property is fairly quiet.

Upon entering the room, there was an indistinguishable odor that was not terribly pleasant. Also- there was some water leaking in the wall between the shower and the sink. Possibly from the 2nd floor. Also- the shower wasn't all that great either.

The photo used to promote this property is misleading. The majority of buildings around this property looked very run down. Entering the building to check in, the office area was completely unorganized. The additional safety locks on the front door were removed only leaving the combination lock on the door knob as the only way of securing myself and belongings inside. While the room seemed to be clean and stocked with the essentials, it was the individuals in the adjacent units who apparently live on this property that made me concerned for my safety. Stay away from this property.

I really hate to leave negative reviews, but my family was greeted with bugs right as we opened the door. We continued to see more bugs on a living space table, wall to the bathroom, and even on the floor when my daughter went to retrieve an ear ring she dropped on the floor. The carpet had old stains and the additional pull out couch had no bedding. The kitchenette had almost nothing stocked, so cooking would have been difficult and, last but not least, the utility door in the bathroom was warped and maybe moldy or just dirty. My family would have left immediately, but we checked in at 1am and were too tired to look for another place. We checked out the next day and went to a different hotel.

Could not find our reservation. Did not explain fees. Bugs in our room including roaches. Would not refund any of our stat despite checking out early. Was not surprised when we reported bugs. Did not follow through with their promise to work to provide a refund. We will never ever stay here again and will make sure to leave negative reviews everywhere we can.

The room itself was mostly fine. However, the second bedroom is a loft with a half wall that’s open to the room below. The bed is pushed up against the half wall upstairs and our toddler nearly launched herself. The pool was broken and the grounds of the hotel are really rundown. Broken volleyball net on a basketball court. Grills everywhere and the smell of pot wafting out of rooms. Seems like maybe people live there. Unclear. Good price for the space you get in a room but I would not return.
