Hotel staff were very friendly and courteous but the hotel was extremely outdated. Our room had an odd smell and was very humid; carpets and furnishings were old and dirty - even the ceiling was stained; every day we had to ask for things that housekeeping missed (towels, soap, replenish coffee). WiFi didn't always work. The price was right and staff was courteous but the property itself was not maintained. I would not stay here again if I had a choice.

The hotel is older & smelled of smoke. But overall, it was a pleasant stay. The staff was very nice & eager to help. Very easy to get in and out of.
Hotel set up is really neat but it is dated. One beds comforter had a cigarette burn in it. The rooms entry ways are cool but like I said really dated. Shark Club bar above has horrible service for not being busy and in hotel lobby claimed to have best happy hour in Omaha but when inquired at the Club told me it was only Sun-Thurs. Not posted on the sign. Also kids told me pool was cold. Luckily we did not spend much time in the room. I thought a $90 room was a little better than this but I must be mistaken.

PRETTY GOOD VALUE AND IT WAS CLEAN!!
HALLWAYS WERE VERY STRANGE AND THE ROOM WAS SMALL, BUT IT WAS A VERY NICE, CLEAN & COMFORTABLE MOTEL. GOOD BREAKFAST! MOTEL WAS VERY CONVENIENT TO THE CONVENTION I ATTENDED, SO THAT MADE IT WELL WORTH WHILE!!
Room was comfortable and sufficient, but poor job of cleaning. Waste baskets not emptied, coffee packets not replenished, etc. Otherwise, ok for my use this time.
The room was smaller than expected water was not safe to take a bath in. Pool and hot tub dirty water. The Shark was great best part to staying there. If we weren't committed to two days we would of left the night of check in
There was an indoor pool and hot tub, which was dirty. Lots of leaves floating in it when it was indoors? Area around hot tub had not been swept. Lots of trash from what looked like a slow mid week day. Breakfast was cold (eggs in particular) and not very many choices.
The pool was not maintained very well. The rooms were dirty and ceilings were stained from water leaks. Carpet was torn and coming up. This was cut rate hotel and no money was being put back in for any renovation of any kind. The business center was not able to print an email due to "family blocking" put on the internet. Not very helpful when I told them about it either. The towels were fine in the beginning but then 4 of us had to share 1 towel the last night. Had to go to the counter for extras. Food left behind the dresser for mice to eat was a nice treat for them as well as a trap right next to the food. Not a "Quality" Inn I would say. I paid for what I got, basically.
the rooms were outdated and very small. carpet was damp. I was not happy they charged my card $150 in case I had any room charges and didn't remove the charges for 4 days.
We arrived a half hour early to see if rooms were ready. We were told that check-in is at 3:00 and the rooms were being cleaned. We watched two other sets of guests come and were given rooms instantly. We waited 40 minutes past the check-in time of 3:00. I asked again and they said, "Oh, let me check on that." Customer service??? Our room was dark w/lights on. I looked out our sliding doors to see if the pool was our view, like my daughters room. It was the outside of the hotel. I saw ladders, a bucket w/beer bottles and cigarette butts that remained there for our stay. Our sliding door lock was broken. I took off my shoes and continuously stepped on some kind of particles (dirty carpet). Hours posted for the pool and bar were different than what staff stated. Hot Tub had build-up debris. Towel cleanliness was questionable. While waiting for our room, we witnessed a disgruntled prospective employee. She waited an extremely long time and outside of the building, for an interview. She was spoken to inappropriately. The front desk told the cleaning staff to stop cleaning rooms to come give this interview. Don't managers that handle this? There was a plus- the breakfast was perfect- go figure.I was very upset about all this but tried to stay positive for my family.
The worst possible experience I have ever had with a hotel. Run down rooms with everything dirty and the staff would not fulfill any requests.

A Nice Place to Stay!
I like this hotel. But the hallways are very different, and the entrances to the rooms are not very easy to find. They need to make the map easier to follow. They need a sign at the driveway entrance, I missed it twice even with GPS giving me directions! Signs to indicate that the driveway that goes around the hotel is one-way are needed also. The room was clean, but the pillows were very lumpy and need to be replaced. Guests should be told where the air conditioner is at check-in. Because the thermostat on the wall doesn't work. I do like this hotel, and will be happy to stay there again! Thank you!

This hotel could be really good, but needs updating really bad. I know the sweeper wasn't ran in our room, there was stuff on the floor when we got there and it was still there the next day after the maid service had been there. The tub didn't drain while showering and there was a ring around the tub, maybe it is permanent? The light in the bathroom needs replacing. The glass door on our floor that leads to the lobby had busted glass in it.
From start to finish everything was wrong... The refrigerator in my room was frozen solid and defrosting onto the carpet. The treadmill in the workout area did not work. The desk attendant seemed not to care about serving the customers. The shower curtain was ripped, the toilet was running water. I saw maids hiding in a room and texting, when they should have been working.
Hold room until I came in. Easy to find. Went. Wedding shopping. With the family, Granddaughter found dress. Floor carpets were dirty. The mattress. Could be replaced.
upon check in the desk person had to go out side to ask the housekeeping ( who was smoking) if the room was clean yet,it took a long time to get checked in. Then after beening in the room for 1 1/2 hrs we went out for dinner to come back and find someone had been in our room while we were gone. They have a nice pool but most of the people in the pool were emplyees and there children,found that kind of odd. Rooms old & very little in size, bed was old. We will not be going back the main reason is having someone in our room after only being checked in for 1 1/2 hrs. why ??
