One bedroom with double bed, 3 additional queen air beds if desired. LR has 1 leather sofa that could be slept on.
The apt has also a fully equipped kitchenette for meal prepping, an outdoor grill and outdoor dining space. Relax safely and quietly! Within walking distance of lake, feed the ducks! Dogs allowed and are welcome.

My husband and I had a fantastic visit. We brought our dog, and the fenced yard was as relaxing and enjoyable for us as it was for her! Beautiful area close to everything we did, and wonderful hosts.

I clearly didn’t read the description closely enough. Not at all what I was expecting or thought I was getting. Owner is extremely nice and accommodating but staying in basement and hearing owners and dogs is a bad experience. I thought I was getting a place where I could host my adult kids for Xmas. Not even close. Was very disappointing. Cannot recommend.

WONDERFUL Stay!!!
What a wonderful dog friendly property! We were vising Omaha for our son's select baseball world series tournament and took advantage of the opportunity to bring our dogs with us. From check in to check out we had an amazing experience. The basement apartment was a large and open space with plenty of room to relax. The space was clean and the kitchenette with all the gadgets was perfect for our needs. Sandi is an amazing host and checked on our dogs during the day and let them out to potty and made sure they had water. We felt so welcome and our son made sure we played half of the board games that were offered. We hope to visit Omaha again and would stay there again in a heartbeat.
