The computer system was down when I was checking in. The staff were working on it with the corporate office. Although it took about an hour to resolve, the staff were very professional and accommodating. The pool was a bit small and the hot tub was not working (and was covered up). The room was nice, and there was plenty of free parking.

Hotel was clean and pool is nice. Seemed short on staff. Dislike where bathroom soap bottle is mounted-kids can't reach it. Beds are good. Breakfast is pretty typical hotel fare but handy to have. Culvers next door.

Close to Boys Town Hospital (our destination). Rooms are clean and quiet. Pool is heated but no hot tub. You can tell there used to be a hot tub but it is no longer accessable. We had to be out the door by 6:20am. Breakfast smelled good but was not yet open. However I honestly did not check breakfast times before booking and I didn't have time to ask if we could just grab something.

Liked everything about hotel. Room. Bed. Shower. Gym. Breakfast. Staff. Main Manager an elder white women was clearly rough on staff, a bigot and not there to do anything but placate other older white travelers. I say that as a 60 some white guy.
