Beautiful Waterfront Getaway

Experience the fun and history of Pacific Northwest from this perfectly located tranquil and cozy home situated right on the bay! Inside you'll find a bright and contemporary living space filled with personal touches, burnished wood floors, and lots of comfortable furniture. Enjoy waking up to stunning bay views soaking up the sun’s energy through the home's floor-to-ceiling windows, then head to the full kitchen to brew a toasty cup of morning coffee to enjoy out on the furnished private decks. There are kayaks available, $35 per kayak, for your entire stay, with signed waiver.
There is a camera on the garage that views the parking area. One camera is above the entrance. This camera is turned off during guest stays.
We have three sleeping spaces in the beautiful home. One private bedroom has a queen bed and is situated just across the hall from a full bathroom. The second private bedroom has a king bed and is connected to a full bath with a whirlpool tub. The third sleeping area is semi-private. It has a king bed and closet space. It is situated between the master suite and the dining area. This room does not have doors, and has lovely views of the water.

Amazing Stay
We had a great time staying at this water front property. The deck was amazing and we had a great time playing and eating dinner over looking the water. If I am in the area again I would definitely stay at this property.

We've stayed at this property several times now and it has become very comofortable for us. All the needed amenities are there. The view is breathtaking. It's quiet. It's a short drive to downtown Olympia. We really enjoy our time there. The host is easy to contact, very responsive and very accomodating.

Great getaway
Wonderful location near town. Very peaceful. There’s some stairs involved so maybe not ideal for everyone but a great place. My only suggestion is more towels and dish towels would be good to have. Also the air system is quite loud so best to turn it off completely at night but none of these things take away from this beautiful home.

Great girls getaway!
Of course we picked one of the coldest weekends this winter for a girls getaway! The property representative was kind enough to risk icy roads to bring us an extra room heater and blankets to snuggle up and enjoy the weekend. The views are stunning and it was wonderful to bundle up and relax knowing we had everything we needed. 😊

We loved getting together with our family and hanging out in the beautiful living room and on the deck. There was plenty of space for hanging out and playing games and doing puzzles We enjoyed seeing the clam boats working out on the sound and our trips to nearby parks to take walks.

Stunning home with unforgettable views
We had the best time staying here, we didn’t want to leave! The home is very tastefully decorated with super comfortable beds and a well stocked kitchen with everything you could need for your stay. We absolutely loved the views from the expansive windows in the living area and enjoyed one of the most beautiful sunrises we’ve seen in our lives during our stay. The office area was an added bonus for one of us who had to work remotely. We’d definitely come back if we are back in the area, it was a peaceful secluded haven that we won’t soon forget!

Just as advertised
We had a great stay at Wendy's property. The house was just as advertised and Wendy was easy to work with before during and after the rental. Be aware of the bedding arrangement...as noted by others, the house has three comfortable sleeping areas, but one seems to have been a pre-existing den or living room, so there is no sold door and you walk through that room to get to the main bedroom and bath. That was not a problem for us, as there were plenty of other space for lounging. Everything was great!

Gorgeous house with a lot of space
We enjoyed our stay here! It was in a quiet area right on the water with multi levels of lawn and decks to enjoy. The front part of the house is an office, laundry room and queen sized bedroom with a door separating it from the rest of the house. The living room, dining room and kitchen were all spacious and clean. The only issue to note is the first king sized bedroom is right off the dining area and does not have a door. Sound travels with the wood floors and high ceilings so keep that in mind when booking. The primary king sized bedroom is beyond with a huge bathroom. It worked for our group but could be an issue if you want privacy.

New family beginning
This was our first mixed family vacation. I was really nervous and I wanted everything to be perfect for our family. We got into the house and it took all of our breaths away. The view is amazing and the peace and quiet was priceless. This house brought out two families together and the fun and memories we made. I truly cannot thank you enough. The house was clean, cozy and the amenties were as described. If I hada question. The ownere was prompted and very kind.I will stay here every year at this time, but longer. Truly an amazing beginning for our mixed family vacations.

Perfect Getaway
Pictures don't really do this beautiful home justice. From the moment you walk through the door you are surrounded by beautiful water views. The house is well-appointed and spacious. The outdoor areas were amazing. There are two deck levels and grassy areas. There's also be a beautiful covered area outside for dining or just enjoying the view with your coffee. As others noted one of the bedroom doesn't have an actual door (just curtains) and you have to walk through that door to get to the second bathroom and third bedroom but that wasn't a problem for our family. Everything was very clean and check out is straightforward and simple. The house is also minutes from restaurants and grocery stores and downtown Olympia. Wendy was a delight to communicate with-- very prompt and friendly.

Good stay for a weekend getaway
Overall, the stay at this house was great! The place is clean, the view was beautiful (even if it was raining & overcast all weekend) and the property manager was very responsive. There was a mishap where a repair company contacted me to do a dishwasher repair at the house. First, I did not know the dishwasher needed fixing. Second, we were not planning on being at the house during the window given. And third, I did not like that my phone number was given out to someone I did not know or should be responsible for dealing with on my vacation. All of this to say the property manager was quick to respond to my concerns about this and got the repair rescheduled for when we were not there. I dont think is a common occurence and would not deter anyone from staying here. I'm sure the dishwasher is fine now :) Thanks!

My family of four rented this house for two weeks to explore olympic forest and mount Rainer. Centrally located between the two but both were at least two hours away. Plan for lots of driving or do as we did and explore capital city forest and other local parks which are some wonderful locations. As previous posts pointed out the "third" bedroom has no door but it worked out for us. The house was super clean and Wendy was very accessible and helpful. There are a few things that were not mentioned in the other reviews that should be addressed. The house faces east and was extremely hot in the front room and the kitchen (bedrooms/bathrooms were not an issue) in the morning until about 2pm when the sun finally got high enough and the ac could catch up. Shades or high efficiency windows would help. One point we were there in August when it was exceptionally hot however in the winter it's probably a welcome problem. The house is on the water with an incredible expansive view however to my fault I assumed it had dock. The body of water it sits on is tidal with a substantial swing in water levels. At high tide you have to go down 8-10' of stairs to get to the water at low tide you are walking through mud to reach the water. Our favorite spot was the lowest level by the water with the fire pit and chairs Peaceful and quiet. I rated two star on location and neighborhood. Safe area but pulling out of the steep driveway is dangerous. No place to go for a walk too busy and narrow.
