"Great place to stay in Basel. Close to public transportation. The 2 bedroom apartment we stayed had all basic amenities for a family of 4. A full size kitchen , washer dryer was awesome. The AC was not that good but a fan in the room helped. It would have been great to have a fan in each room. We kept the windows slightly open to let some fresh cool air in at night. But it invited some bugs too.. and noise of trams& cars passing by. Extra towels would have been helpful, we had to wash...

"Lumen apartments are great. Very nice parking, bed, shower, kitchen. The only complaint was a drainage smell that was coming out of the kitchen sink. We couldn’t figure it out while we were there but I need to mention that management responded really quick to all my emails or phone calls and offered to send someone to check the smell but we were out all day and only come to the apartment to sleep so we were able to tolerate the smell for a little bit. "

"Auf den Bildern sah die Unterkunft ok aus. Entweder waren die Bilder alt oder es war gut fotografiert. Dort angekommen war ich erstmal geschockt... Die Sauberkeit lies zu wünschen übrig. Zudem sehr abgewohnt und teilweise kaputt. Gegen alt habe ich nichts aber ganz sollte es schon sein. Schmutzige Töpfe, dreckige Schränke, in der Waschmaschine wollte ich auch nichts waschen... Die Umgebung war jetzt auch nicht das optimale. Wir haben das Beste draus gemacht aber werden sicher nicht wieder...

"A great option for a family stay in Basel. We were travelling from the UK. Could sleep up to 6 comfortably but only one bedroom - with two double beds. Living room had 3 sofa beds - instructions provided to allow them to be flattened. Apartment was clean. Helpful touches were the two Swiss electrical adapters for the Swiss sunken style power outlets (normal round European adapters don’t fit!) as well as a kettle and toaster. "Average accommodation. Specifically booked as it said parking available. True but 300 yards away in a multi story! Also was a nightmare to find by car. Inaccessible in actual fact. Air con didn't work either. No duvet for sofa bed. Got glass in foot in the kitchenette. And thought Basel very expensive and average. All in all, a rather forgetable experience. "

"Vermieter sind nett und das Essen im nebenan liegenden Restaurant ist super lecker. Ferienwohnung war sauber und sehr zweckmäßig, die Lage ist schön zentral. Basel, Zürich und der Rheinfall sind alle mit Tagesausflügen leicht zu erreichen und wandern kann man auch gehen. Auch ist der Ort mit Zug zu erreichen - da sollte man so 20 Gehminuten einplanen."

"The apartment is located close to everything we needed and our host was lovely! She had maps prepared for us and also got us city passes before we arrived (half off to the zoo, museums, etc). She was an incredible host! The apartment was furnished with everything we needed. If I have the chance come back, I hope this is still available. "

"The studio flat is exactly as shown in the photos. However, if you travel during summer, consider that it gets quite warm as there is only one window and air does not circulate a lot. The room was not ready by check-in time. Also, although they said the cleaning service was every 3 days, this only happened once and skipped the 2nd cleaning day. "I had wonderful stay in Apartment Wolf IV, so clean and many lovely details. I really enjoyed my stay, the pillow was not suitable for me, but that's fine for 2 nights. Big plus for the furnishing and equipment. You won't miss anything. Even provided adaptors for electricity points which is very thoughtful. Thank you and see you next time. "

"The staff was amazing and went out of their way to set up up to go the Alps when our tour was cancelled. It was a beautiful hotel across the street from the train station and walkable to many restaurants and shopping."
