"A nice hotel with a good location in central area of Jönköping. Room spacious with large separate beds joined into a double bed. Very comfortable. All the things you need like hairdryer, iron and ironboard were in the room as well as a well equipped minibar. Cleaning ok but staff could have been more thorough. Left dirty glass and cups and room was not checked thoroughly before our arrival. Water base in bathroom partly blocked for the water to run through, light boalb in the lamp above bedside...

"Helpful, friendly and accommodating staff, fantastic breakfast options all very tasty and well presented inc plenty of time to relax and enjoy the food, never feeling rushed nor was it over crowded. The beds are really comfortable my room was basic but nice and fitted in with the decor and age of the hotel. Bathroom had modern facilities and very clean! No satellite TV it often lost connection, maybe due to WiFi connection so it meant limited access to English channels other than Sky news....

Walk in, the "shower" is a slight dent in the floor with a partial divider pushing into your leg if you use the toilet. The door howls like a wounded animal when you try to open it or close it. "We were so disappointed upon arrival at our apartment. We had specifically booked an apartment instead of a hotel room so that we'd have a separate lounging area while our son slept, but there was only a tiny kitchen, no living room, and no door to the bedroom. The bathroom was full of black mold. It was also super noisy with very thin walls so you heard every move your neighbors made or every buzz of their phones. A sleepless night, thank goodness we only had to stay for one. "
