"Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Penthouse ist modern und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, hat einen tollen Ausblick auf den Hafen und die Schleimündung und die Anlage ist sehr ruhig und sehr gepflegt. Das einzige das uns gestört hat sind die vielen Spinnen am und im Gebäude, und das es so gut wie keine Gastronomie und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Resort gibt. Allerdings ist Kappeln in nur wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen und andere Orte ( Eckernförde, Flensburg, Husum oder z.b. St....

Bei Ankunft mussten wir feststellen, dass lediglich das DB bezogen war. Das 2. "Die Lage ist wunderbar, dass Haus sieht von außen sehr gut aus. Leider wurden wir wie folgt begrüßt: -es roch nach Hund -überall waren Hundehaare zu finden -Bettwäsche musste nach geliefert werden, obwohl sie bereits bezahlt wurde. -die Hygiene im Bad war eine glatte Katastrophe. -der Whirlpool ist aus hygienischer Sicht nicht nutzbar. "Allein schon der Blick auf das Hafenbecken (und den dahinterliegenden Ostseehorizont) durch die großen Fenster macht diese Wohnung zu etwas Besonderem. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Alles funktionierte. Die Fotos geben einen guten Eindruck - auch von dem heutigen Stand. Es gibt für die Hausgemeinschaft einen abschließbaren Schuppen auf dem Parkplatz, in dem Fahrräder abgestellt werden können. Insgesamt: Sehr empfehlenswert."

"Diese Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Sie ist neuwertig und hat sehr bequeme Betten. Die Lage ist top, man ist in wenigen Gehminuten am Weidefelder Strand. Unser Sonderwunsch nach einem Hocker wurde umgehend erfüllt (am einem Sonntag!). Die Wohnung lag noch im ersten Reihe zum Meer/Hafen. Wir hatten einen seitlichen unverbauten Blick. Das könnte sich aber ändern, da neben dem Haus noch ein Baugrundstück frei ist. "
