"Lovely welcoming people. You have to understand that anyone walks can walk through the door and I believe they try very hard to make them feel welcome. Wi-Fi good , there is staff member that speaks English however you should download a translation app as mostly speaking Spanish. One thing I disliked is bathroom outside of bedroom. "The hotel is located in a quiet but beautiful town - not full of international tourists, so you feel that you get a taste of the real Catalonia. Perfect location in summer, as the air is fresh at night. Also including here and the nearby town Caldes, plenty of wonderful tapas restaurants to try. "Dealing with customer service over the phone is a nightmare. I didn't get an email with my passcode to get in, and when I did it wouldn't work. The very next day, I had to call again since they deactivated my code for some reason. Honestly, even some other Spaniards were frustrated with the virtual reception system, a few even waited hours to get into the lobby itself.
