This beautiful 4-bedroom villa is in Olonzac. It is ideal for a family and can accommodate 8 guests. This has a private swimming pool with sun loungers for you to enjoy and relax.


Lac du Jouarres Lake lies 2 km from the villa, if you would like to spend a day by the lakeside.


A fenced garden in place offers an opportunity to spend some precious moments with dear ones. A charcoal barbecue is in place for you to explore your culinary skills. You can bring 1 pet to stay in the property for an extra cost of €25/stay. Fireplace is in place for you to have a comfortable stay. Parking can be done on the premises.

Excellent property in a a lovely village setting. Recommend.
This villa was perfect for us -- two couples, wishing for a village setting with all the amenities. The villa was spacious for four adults, and could easily accommodate more. Everything was in excellent condition, as described and photographed. The outdoor space was made even better with the addition of a pergola providing shade over the backyard patio which is not pictured. Very private. Secure parking. Pool was well used during our August stay. Even without AC the villa was cool enough in the evenings with the windows open. Olonzac is a quaint, and quiet, Minervois town. Amenities include a supermarket, pharmacy, two boulangeries and a delightful municipal park. Dining out for evening meals was a bit lacking as several restaurants have closed or were closed during our stay. Homps is 5 minutes away by car with several good restaurants. Also the kitchen is well appointed for dining in. We made use of the charcoal BBQ and enjoyed several relaxing meals in the backyard. And do not miss the Olonzac Tuesday market! Meeting with the owner to learn more about the property was a highlight.Communications with the Manager were excellent. Highly recommend.

Idyllisches Haus in Olonzac
Es ist alles da, was man sich wünschen möchte. Das Haus ist von Außen kaum sichtbar. Erst wenn sich das Rolltor öffnet, wird der Blick darauf freigelegt. Der Besitzerin ist sehr daran gelegen, dass alles gepflegt bleibt. Sie war zweimal zugegen, die Kommunikation war angenehm. Olonzac bietet wenig, der Niedergang der Region bildet sich auch in dieser Stadt ab. Derzeit wird die Region von einer massiven Mückenplage heimgesucht. Unbedingt neueste Anti-Mücken-Maßnahmen mitnehmen, ansonsten gibt es keinen Frieden.

Séjour très agréable
Un excellent séjour dans cette villa au cœur du village d'Olonzac et à moins de 3 minutes à pied de tous les commerces. Maison avec 4 grandes chambres double parfaitement adaptée à notre groupe de 7 personnes. Les 2 salles de bain permettent une préparation rapide. L'équipement de la maison est idéal. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner. La piscine a été appréciée de tous en cette période de canicule. Les quelques petits bémols relevés durant le séjour : un drap housse tachés et une fuite sur la pompe de la piscine qui ont nécessité l'intervention des propriétaires à 2 reprises. Ce qu'il marquerait pour le 5 étoiles : une climatisation à l'étage pour passer des nuits plus sereines. En conclusion, ne vous arrêtez pas à la façade de l'entrée car derrière se trouve une villa de caractère avec piscine privée et des propriétaires amoureux de leur region viticole.

Tolles Haus
Wir haben zwei wunderbare Wochen im Haus verbracht und waren sehr zufrieden. Die Lage ist perfekt, man hat Bäcker, Café, Restaurant, einen kleinen Laden und den Markt direkt vor der Tür. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief problemlos und auf Anfragen wurde sofort und zufriedenstellend reagiert. Die Anlage mit Pool ist sehr schön und für uns mit Hund perfekt, weil alles abgeschlossen ist. Das Haus ist sehr groß, man hat überall viel Platz. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht. Ein Problem, für das der Vermieter natürlich nichts kann, waren die vielen Mücken, die es fast unmöglich gemacht haben, sich am Abend auf der Terrasse aufzuhalten. Wir hätten uns Mückenschutzgitter vor dem Schlafzimmerfenster gewünscht, damit man auch bei offenem Fenster schlafen kann, ohne zerstochen zu werden. Insgesamt war es ein toller Urlaub für uns und wir können das Haus nur empfehlen.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus, ideal mit Hund 🐕
Wir sind ganz begeistert von diesem Ferienhaus. Die Einrichtung ist so persönlich, man fühlt sich sofort heimisch und willkommen! Die Küche war sehr sortiert. Die Betten mit guten Matratzen ausgestattet. Das Bad neu renoviert. Der Garten ist komplett mit Mauern umschlossen und nicht einsehbar. Für unseren Hund war dies perfekt! Das Auto kann im geschlossenen Grundstück abgestellt werden! Das Haus liegt direkt im Ortskern. Man geht zur Tür raus und hat dienstags den tollen Markt zum Einkaufen. Außerdem 4 Restaurants 100 m entfernt! In Homps befinden sich weitere sehr gute Restaurants. Olonzac liegt sehr gut um Ausflüge zu den bekannten Sehenswürdigkeiten zu machen (Carcassonne, Lagrasse, Minerve...) Das Meer ist in 40 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Die Vermieter, die sich um die Poolpflege kümmern waren äußert freundlich und gaben uns tolle Tipps und Ratschläge! Herzlichen Dank dafür! Wir hatten 3 herrliche Wochen hier verbracht und können das Ferienhaus zu 100 % weiterempfehlen!
