"The absence of customer-facing people is a problem. I tried to get check-in instructions by emailing in advance, and calling the Penzion, but only got them on the day of my arrival. My room was separated from its wc and shower by a corridor which also led to the office. The curtain was coming off the curtain rail and the curtain rail was coming off the wall.
