"Located right on a resaca, Ebony Lake, which fills with the unique birds of the RGV. If you are a birder, this is your place. Comfortable patio to relax and watch birds fly in and out. The townhouse is well appointed and quiet."

Excellent to questionable
"Beautiful property great location amenities nice place except for the a c leaking in the hallway where we walk. Dangerous as it was dripping into a pot manager sent a repair man but it did not fix the leaf from ceiling. Obviously been leaking a long time. Cools good however"
