"Our experience with booking was great. Upon arriving in resort, we were nervous to find out that there was no snow at ground level, and that the closest lift at Vallorcine was closed due to this. We were directed to Le Tour, using the train and bus, which were free with the tourist passes provided, and were accessible and regular. "We had a wonderful time in Beauchalet. It is a truly delightful chalet - full of character with wonderful views from every window. Bruno was very helpful and responsive when we were there. We really enjoyed the hot tub and the teenagers enjoyed stoking it up each evening. When the snow is sparse the chalet is not really easy to ski in and ski out, but it was only a short walk from the pistes.
