"Loved our stay very comfortable property with a lovely included breakfast. We had a room on the first floor and we used the lift, however there are some rooms that seem to be in between first and second floors and stairs were the only way to get there. Just mentioning this in case you were unable to carry your luggage up the stairs. Would definitely stay again"

"The hotel has no sign on the facade, and it was stressing to find it without that. There is no concierge and the registration is strange, with a WhatsApp communication to a staff member, having to take picture of the passport and send it over via WhatsApp or email, which is strange and concerning. Also concerning is a “contract” that we are asked to sign in order to get access to the building. I found the process very strange and concerning. Had never seen a hotel asking us to sign a contract before. Apart from that, the building inside is modern, clean and pleasant. The room is very good too. There is no option for breakfast, but one can prepare their own, in the communal kitchen"

"My mom stayed here and had a very great experience. The owners are extremely friendly, nice, attentive, and caring. Contacting the owners was very easy and they responded extremely fast which was helpful. The home was very cozy, clean, had a nice full kitchen, and very nice bathroom and shower. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in a quiet and nice neighborhood that is also not too long of a bus/subway ride to the city. It was nice to be surrounded by trees and be close to the forest. I definitely look forward to staying here again!"

"The property and apartment itself were very clean, comfy and well decorated! The apartment is about 30-50 minutes away from everything in the heart of Vienna, so if you do not mind taking public transit, then this is a good option! Ilse and Otto were great hosts and made sure we had everything that we needed during check-in! They live in the building so they were always available for any issues that came up! We did have a few issues: the apartment is not friendly for disabled guests. You have to walk up a few flights of stairs to reach the apartment. On the listing, it mentions having a washer/dryer, but it is not mentioned that the washer and dryer was in the basement and shared with the other residents of the building. We also found some stink-bugs in the apartment as well. There was also a lack of supplies in the apartment: we very quickly ran out of hand-soap, trash bags, and toilet paper. There was also a lack of communication when it came to the checking in and checking out process. We arrived to the location with very little information about where to go and what to do."
