"Very clean-close to train station and walking distance to restaurants and walk to ocean"

"I stayed at NH for an extended period (2 weeks) due to a medical emergency with my husband, who was hospitalized. The hotel is close to the hospital, the water and shopping. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and kind. Everyone from front desk staff to housekeeping went the extra mile to make my stay comfortable and expressed genuine concern for my husband’s health. The hotel is very clean and the breakfast is fantastic. Definitely would stay again. "

"The view and proximity to everywhere was very good. Michele was very nice and helpful and gave us useful recommendations, every time I needed something he was very quick to respond. Communication was excellent. We got the complimentary bottle of wine of the region, it was very good. Thank you Michele for everything."

"We were so happy with Pensione Sorriso! We were greeted on our arrival, given lots of information about the hotel, and shown our room. The staff member was excellent. I believe her name was Elenora? She was so incredible and helpful Friday & Saturday. We saw her working so hard for every guest to make sure they were happy and had everything they needed. We were so impressed by her. We will come back here for future vacations. "

"Enjoyed 2 nights at the beautiful Atmosfere Guesthouse, and can’t recommend it enough. Check in was easy and super friendly, they even sent a follow up message the next morning to see if I needed anything! The little apartment was fresh, very clean, spacious, well equipped and super comfy bed! I’m on a longer trip and really appreciated a kettle and tea, as well as the lovely little kitchenette. But the icing on the cake was a small but efficient clothes washer, with detergent!!! After 3 weeks on the road hand washing, this was such a treat. La Spezia is a lovely little town, still very authentic, and excellent starting point for Cinque Terra. I can’t recommend both the town and Atmosfere enough. "

"The rooms were cute, clean, and well appointed, and the property was recently renovated. They have the most georgous rooftop views, as well as from our room. It wont let me upload photos, but trust me its amazing! The staff was also very nice. "

"The property is about a 10 minute walk through the tunnel then up the street to number 99. The little balcony overlooking the street was a nice touch. There is no elevator and you are going up 3 flights of stairs to the room, so plan ahead for your stay and pack accordingly. Maddy met us at the room to make sure we had a good feel for 5 Terre and the area. Very glad we stayed in 5 Terre. "
