"This is a very tranquil place to stay, nestled in beautiful hills with some very pleasant nearby towns--in particular, Sicignano degli Alburi. We attended a large family reunion in Sicignano, and Mariangela, our hostess at La Tavernola, was very accommodating, allowing a small family photo exhibit on the premises, while also catering a delicious snack ("an evening under the stars") to finish up the weekend. "Green Park is a fantastic location for visiting Capaccio and nearby Trentinara. We stayed here to attend the annual Festival of Bread in Trentinara. The accommodation was adequate but the views of the surrounding area and pool made up for the shower that didn't work and the old hard bed we slept on. My biggest disappointment was that its not really Bio or organic which were both stated on the website. Perhaps my expectations were too high or wrong but coming from New Zealand a bio agriturismo...
