Very nice apartment, 10 min walking distance from the beach, the famous Dunes of Tindari-Marinello and the centre of the village, clear, quite, completely equipped, new building, 2nd and last floor. 4-5 beds, big living room, American kitchen, 1 bed-room with air conditioning, bathroom with shower and washing machine, closet, 2 balconies. Wonderful and panoramic terrace of 70 m² equipped with gazebo, table and chairs, barbeque. Private parking. Marinello area. Free bikes are available for guests.

Leider sind im Inserat Fotos einer Nahegelegenen Sehenswürdigkeit um das Inserat zu pushen. Zb. Die Bilder des Aussenbereichs. Leider ist das Leitungswasser in Oliveri Salzig! Sehr schlechte Parkplatzsituation. Überfüllte Straßen im August (Problematisch mit einem Kombi gewesen). Unser Auto wurde im Hof gerammt. Zugesicherter Parkplatz konnte nicht gestellt werden.

Appartamento confortevole
L'appartamento è situato in un posto strategico; A piedi raggiungi sia i laghetti di Marinello,sia il centro. Luminoso,ampio,arieggiato,pulito e fornito di ogni confort.Non manca nulla! Ci sono anche 3 bici di cui 2 munite di porta bimbo.Al piano superiore c'è una meravigliosa terazza con vista sul Santuario di Tindari, uno spettacolo. Ho diviso la casa con la famiglia di mia sorella,eravamo in tutto 4 adulti,1 bambina ed un neonato, siamo stati benissimo. I proprietari sono cordialissimi... La Consiglio Inoltre,Oliveri è un Bellissimo Paese,ideale per trascorrere una tranquilla vacanza al mare con la Famiglia ed i Bambini.

Vacanza Meravigliosa
la vacanza ad oliveri è stata bellissima, la casa pulita e confortevole e corrispondente alla descrizione. la distanza dal mare e dal paese era piacevole perchè permetteva una breve passeggiata salutare.. la spiaggia era pulita e il mare un incanto. i prorpietari gentili e molto disponibili. consigliamo in paese la gelateria Orchidea e il ristorante pizzeria Donna Rosa. il paese offre tutti i confort e piacevoli serate di musica. grazie Stefania............... torneremo presto......Consigliato

Excellent séjour !
Appartement très soigné , grand , bien équipé , calme (la proximité avec l'autoroute n'est absolument pas gênante , même fenêtres ouvertes la nuit ) , avec une grande terrasse : on est ici tout de suite chez soi , mais en mieux puisque la plage et la mer cristalline sont à quelques minutes à pieds , ainsi que le centre d'Oliveri , ses petits commerces et gelaterias .Nous avons eu un immense coup de cœur pour cette petite ville , à l'ambiance familiale et dynamique ( des animations estivales chaque soir dans le centre , fermé alors à la circulation ) . Un grand merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil chaleureux ,ainsi qu'à leur fille Stefania qui parle français couramment . Nous savons que nous retournerons à Oliveri ,et nos enfants ne parlent que de ça !

Sfiorando i ricordi
Le vacanze trascorse ad Oliveri in totale relax. L' immobile molto confortevole, ben organizzato e pulito, posizionato non lontano dal mare e dalla riserva dei laghetti di Marinello. Particolare attenzione voglio dare alla gentilezza dei proprietari sempre disponibili per ogni evenienza... le bici in dotazione sono state la ciliegina sulla torta, grazie, Tina

wonderful experience in Oliveri
I was in Oliveri last year in August with my family; we have two children, 5 and 1 years old. The location was very nice, with clean water and very good services at the beaches. The apartment is really near the beach, ten minutes by walk, we usually went to the beach in the morning, then we came back for lunch and go to the beach again in the afternoon, it is very close. Also the main streets of the town, with supermarket and bars are ten minutes by walk from the apartment. Regarding the apartment itself, it is very comfortable for four people. The kitchen is complete with everything you can need, it was perfect having children. The roof is probable the most beautiful part of the flat, we had some BBQ in the evening and the children could play with a lot of space. Nice view of the Tinday's monastery. The only advice I give to the flat’s owner, is regarding the air conditioning. It would be better to have one also in the main room; because sometimes during the summer there are days with high humidity and the air conditioning could be useful. I would like to underline that the owner are really friendly and handsome, we were treated as part of the family, and we really appreciated it, thank you!!!

Una delle più belle spiagge della Sicilia
Abbiamo soggiornato 3 settimane a luglio con 2 adulti e 3 giovanotti. Siamo soddisfatti dell'accoglienza dei genitori della proprietaria. La proprietaria è davvero gentilissima e più che disponibile. L'appartamento è spazioso, confortevole e accessoriato con tanto di balconi ed un ampio terrazzo. Quartiere molto educato e gentile. La vicinanza alla ferrovia non ha costituito nessun problema, i treni merci che passano sono pochi. L'appartamento dispone anche di 3 biciclette. E che divertimento per i 3 giovanotti! Il paese è molto pulito tranquillo, piccolo ma con tutti i servizi indispensabili come supermercati, macellerie, panificio, pizzerie, ristoranti anche sulla spiaggia, gelaterie tra quale una con più di 40 gusti di gelati, farmacia, Mario il ciclista e di più. Insomma, dotato di tutti i servizi necessari e rappresenta una perfetta base d'appoggio per visitare la costa, le isole Eolie o per eventuali gite. Il paese ha una certa vivacità nelle iniziative culturali come concerti, sagre, mercatino e di più. Il posto è anche ideale dove trascorrere una vacanza riposante e tranquilla. Il mare è pulito e incantevole soprattutto a mezzogiorno quando i raggi del sole lo rendono cristallino. Una delle più belle spiagge della Sicilia, i “Laghetti di Marinello” o “il mare secco “. Incantevole! Ci riteniamo veramente sodisfatti! Grazie Stefania! Ritorneremo sicuramente… Consigliato!

Excellent rapport qualité-prix
Troisième séjour à Olivieri, toujours aussi réussi. Accueil adorable, appartement parfaitement propre, fonctionnel, calme et très facile à vivre. Proximité du village et de la mer, parfaitement adapté à un séjour en famille, notamment avec des enfants petits. Village sans prétention, authentique, propre et bien entretenu. Belles plages et magnifique réserve naturelle à proximité.

Dès le premier contact avec les propriétaires, nous n'avions qu'une envie découvrir La Sicile et Oliveri et nous avons été ravis : l'appartement était très coquet, bien équipé et parfaitement situé, à deux pas de la mer et du centre du village. C'est aussi une très bonne localisation pour accéder aux sites touristiques du Nord de l'île, notamment les îles éoliennes, au départ de Milazzo. Encore merci à Stefania qui depuis la France - c'est une aubaine quand on ne parle pas un mot d'italien - a su nous donner de précieux conseils pour profiter de notre séjour !

"Appartement (et grande terasse!) très confortable pour une famille de 4 personnes. Bien situé pour accéder à pied à toutes les commodités (y compris la plage) de cette petite station balnéaire familiale. Point de chute idéal pour visiter le nord est de la Sicile et les îles Eoliennes."
