"The room was not cleaned properly, found chunks of hair on the floor upon walking in. TERRIBLE, considering they are charging an arm and a leg for a remote property such as. We also checked in very late and did not have time to enjoy the property itself. Contacted the management about our dissatisfaction but no resolution was offered. Would love to visit this property again but staff and service is unfortunately questionable at this point… "

"This place is in one of the nicest places in the Catskills close to a number of hiking trails. Very efficient utilization of living space and lots of open space to play and do other activities. Good office where you can get a number of games to play. Very prompt service from the host. Few utensils can be added to the kitchen."
