"one bedroom suite was very nice and spacious. The heat and hot water were great. Upstairs occupants could be heard but they were quiet after 10 pm. Access into the apt was easy. Apt needs a deep clean and dusting. The night stand in the bedroom does not reach the bed height. Only 1 tv but we moved it and it worked fine in the bedroom. The queen size bed was very comfortable. Close to supermarket, CVS, restaurants, shops and of course skiing."

"very nicely decorated, lovely views out the back into the woods,had everything we needed...plenty of towels, comfy bed. Really good sushi restaurant 1 minute walk away. Very clean, very homey, nice original art all around. Not super quiet- we could hear street traffic and a little people sound from downstairs but it didn't bother us. Complaints in other reviews about sulpher smelling water really not that bad"

"The Loft is cozy, clean, quiet retreat nestled in the Catskills. As the photos indicate, the bathroom is next level, quite nice. Other features we liked included the ample closet space, the access to the Tanbark hiking trailhead a minute's walk away, and being right in downtown Phoenicia, so there were a few restaurants, a market, and some other stores all within a few minutes walk. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay."

"My husband and I enjoyed our stay in this private and cozy apartment! It was well-appointed with everything we needed. We enjoyed the screened-in porch and made good use of the fully equipped kitchen. The bed was super comfortable, with plenty of blankets and pillows. We loved the location, too! "This property is very cool! We had everything we needed for a weekend getaway. The decor was really interesting and fun. Bed was very comfortable; shower was great! Mike was a good communicator and was available if we needed anything (we didn't).
