"Property has been vacant for 2 years.Building in total in disrepair.STAYZ this is disgusting.The so called call for assistance was below poor.I had to book my own accommodation at my own expense.The call centre was usless.I wonder how long it will take for a refund.I assume they will pay for my alternative accommodation."

"The property and the location were perfect for our honeymoon. We wanted somewhere private, with our own pool and garden but close enough to the beach and other places to go sightseeing if we wanted. This property was exactly what we wanted and exactly what was promised. Natalino was a brilliant host who was always a WhatsApp away if we needed anything. We loved our stay and will miss Sicily and this house but hopefully we will get to stay here again one day!"

Everything was as described and shown in the pictures, we were very happy to spend our time there. The Check-in was easy and Salvatore always helped us quickly when we had a question. I checked in late Sunday afternoon which meant reception was not staffed, but intercom provided all information to get in and access key card. Very comfortable bed and perfect pillows. Shower was small, but then I'm quite large! Water temperature regulation was very sensitive. Overall a good stop over"

"This hotel is right on the sea so I would recommend taking a sea view room. They have big suits that are very spacious. We took the best room comprised of a large bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, living room, and media room. All of those were a decent size so it felt like living in your apartment.
