Muito lotado. Não permite entrega de ifood
A estrutura é boa. No entanto, o hotel não suporta a quantidade de pessoas que recebe. Os entregadores informaram que é o único hotel da cidade que não autorizam a entrega do iFood na recepção. Eles não permitem entrada na guarita do Estácionamento. Além disso, não emprestam pratos e garfos.

Ficamos super Feliz com o Hotel e a cidade, o acesso ao parque e o fato de pensao completa, podemos ficar mais tranquilos quanto a alimentacao segura, ja que no parque não sabemos dos cuidados com tais, mas era visíveis os cuidados com alimentacao do hotel, muito bom.

Estádia boa, porém faltou o berço.
Estadia boa, porém deixou a desejar pois precisei de berço, minha filha teve que dormir na cama. O hotel falhou nessa parte, precisei cobrar umas 10x para o berço ir, foi só no outro dia. O restante foi bom, mas não tenho intenção de voltar, a supervisora nem me telefonou para resolução do problema.

Fiquei decepcionada com o Hotel
Fiz meu check in no domingo, na 2ª feira, começou uma obra terrível das 14:00 às 16:00 (tive a impressão que só parou pelo horário), reclamei várias vezes por telefone, fui na recepção e ninguém sabia da dita obra (muita falta de comunicação entre os funcionários), e por fim não deram retorno de NADA!!!! Na quinta cai na frente do elevador do andar que eu estava (11°), chão molhado do teto, fiquei machucada no cotovelo, pés e minha coxa após mais 1 dia, ficou roxa, no dia seguinte após a queda, “ofereceram” gelo. Achei pessoal sem preparo, para acidentes. Inclusive o chão do restaurante estava bastante molhado, ninguém viu, chamei alguém para limpar, preferiram colocar placa de “molhado” do que limpar, hotel com bastante idosos e crianças! Estrutura do hotel é boa, café da manhã com bastante variedades de bolos, pães, sucos, doces, frutas, frios e cafés! (Café da manhã excelente). Jantar ou almoço achei caro, R$ 95,00 por pessoa, comida é até boa, mas não vale o valor, sugiro que faça reserva com meia pensão ou pensão completa.
