Hotel razoável com muitos pontos de melhoria. Não fosse pela comodidade do acesso ao parque aquático Thermas dos Laranjais, fujam daqui. O melhor é a equipe de recreação e uma boa alimentação com boa qualidade. Hotel com várias partes antigas. Troquei de quarto pois o quarto inicial cheirava mofo mas o pior e a parte de serviço de quarto, apesar de solicitado na recepção cada dia faltava algo, desde tapete de piso de banherio até papel higiênico por 2 dias (inacreditável).

Bom mas com preços abusivo para consumo.

Tudo muito bom, o grande problema era os preços no hotel mais caro do que Thermas dos Laranjais, cerveja 16,00, água 9,00, chopp 25,00, refrigerante 15,00 e no frigobar mais caro ainda. Sem falar quizeram cobrar várias coisas no frigobar sem ter consumido. Mas o restante bom!

Bom, mas com muito a melhorar

A quantidade de quartos é imensa para apenas 2 recepções com 4 a 5 funcionários cada e sem nenhum tipo de organização de fila, tornando o processo de check in extremamente conturbado e demorado. Fui alocado em um quarto errado e supreendido por outra família que entrou no quarto em que estava com minha filha, tendo de refazer a minha mala e ir novamente à recepção para que me fosse dado o quarto correto (e não foi oferecido nenhum tipo de compensação por este imenso constrangimento). O quarto é muito amplo e bom, mas a cama de casal eram 2 colchoes de solteiro juntos, que durante a noite sempre se separavam, criando um verdadeiro buraco no meio da cama. O sofá cama é extremamente desconfortável (sorte que minha filha é magra e pequena, podendo usar só a parte boa do sofá). O café da manhã é razoável, mas com pouca variedade e sem mudança do cardápio ao longo dos 4 dias em que estivemos lá. Os funcionários são respeitosos, mas não fazem questão de ser simpáticos ou empáticos, executando estritamente o seu trabalho. Aliás, percebi isso na cidade também, tanto de funcionários, como de moradores. Uma pena para um local que vive tanto do turismo. A variedade de serviços é grande, mas com preços superiores aos encontrados na cidade (uma pizza grande de 4 queijos por 112 reais é um exemplo - e que veio queimada inclusive). O número de piscinas é grande (são 12 se não me engano), mas a quantidade de hóspedes e tão absurda que parece o movimento de um parque aquático em dia de feriado
