O ponto negativo do hotel se deu pelo fato do café da manhã e demais refeições acontecerem em instalações fora do hotel, onde os hospedes são transportados por vans, disponibilizadas pelo próprio hotel. E no momento da reserva essa informação não estava disponível, e somente no check in fomos informados. Segundo informação do funcionário o restaurante do hotel foi terceirizado e não chegaram a um acordo de valores.

Pessimo Resort. Simplismente não vá.
Pessima experiencia. O restaurante do resort é terceirizado e está em litigio com o resort, sendo assim, eles levam os hospedes para café/almoço/jantar em locais diversos na cidade. Uma van a cada 10 minutos passa na portaria e mais 5 minutos para chegar ao local. Um transtorno pessimo para quem busca comididade escolhendo um resort. Os restaurantes que eles levam são de razoaveis para ruim, oferecendo poucas opções e qualidade. Manutenção do ar condicionado estava vencida desde dezembro de 2023. O chão e moveis manchados, pareciam sujos mesmo sendo limpos. Todo o apartamento aparentava ser antigo, não tinha nada novo.

Em geral até bom o hotel. Aparelho de ar condicionado bem velho, elevadores antigos dando problema, não gostamos do café da manhã fora do hotel e sem muita variedade.

Falta respeito com os cliente no checkin, ficamos 2 hrs na fila. O restaurante não consegue atender a demanda, no primeiro dia ficamos 1 hora e 35minutos na fila pra entrar ao restaurante, e NÃO TINHA MESA DISPONÍVEL! Atendimento horrível! Quarto com ar condicionado sem manutenção! Barulhento e não gera!

Razoável, o resort estava em manutenção. Local de refeição, por conta disse tivemos que nos locomover durante os períodos de refeição. Comida (Jantar e almoço) horrível eu e meu esposo comemos um bobo de camarão e tivemos uma noite de rei e rainha. Graças a Deus que no outro dia nos levaram para outro restaurante (Dat Badan Restaurante) onde a comida estava maravilhosa, mas no jantar novamente nos leram para o buffet deles horrível. Por fim se tornou cansativo e não conseguimos aproveitar como deveria. Se volto no resort, não sei acredito que é muito difícil nessas condições não.

As piscinas são muito boas, o atendimento da recepção e das camareiras foram muito bons também. Porém o hotel deixou muito a desejar. Refeições fora do hotel e não tem nem shampoo no banheiro do quarto.

Pior hotel e pior experiência de nossas vidas!
Pior estadia possível. Funcionários péssimos e desrespeitosos incluindo um Breno, uma pessoa estupida com mulheres pessimamente treinado e baixo nível . Tudo armado contra o cliente! . Trocamos 4 vezes de quarto todos por problemas estruturais 1) Ar não funcionava 2) Sem água quente no chuveiro, 3) nos deram a chave de um quarto Já ocupado por outra familia com todos os seus pertences lá, um absurdo!!! 4) péssimas instalações. Ah! Cafe da manha esta servindo fora do hotel e é preciso pegar uma van. Perda de tempo . Serviço horrível. Fomos embora e temos inúmeras testemunhas do ocorrido. Recomendo o Wyndham e o Beach Park Resort!
