The unique of this hotel, is the staff and service, in general, everybody is extremely polity, helpful and yelling to solve any problem in the best abilities. Its a waterbpark, and it has way too much noise and stimulus for me, but if you have kids, thats the place to be. Ps: the food was really good

The hotel is fine, but is very far from a four-star hotel. There isn't enough staff in the hotel, the meals were pretty messy. Restaurant was very crowded, not well-organized.

I have been at this hotel many times, but this time the maintenance conditions were very bad. Room 1710 had some many problems. Weak shower, towel hangers falling apart, mattress with a big hole on one side.. one of the elevators had a broken floor and the faucet of baby kitchen was loose. For the price and for the time of the season, the maintenance should be a state of art.

Nice but needs improvements

Despite of the hotel only being 6 years old, the rooms and the food were not 4 star rating. Rooms and amenities were a little outdated, and they could have been cleaner. The waterpark was very nice, although quite small for the amount of people that were there in December. There will be another resort to be launched in 2027, I recommend to make it a bit more exclusive and upscale. The food also needs to improve as it was a large buffer and children were touching everything…definitely not 4 start rating. I’m positive the region and investments into the new resorts will be much improved.

Geral : Ótimo. Só não foi excelente pela alimentação. Lindos quartos de frente para o parque aquático (vale a pena). Monitores esforçados , muitas brincadeiras mas poderiam ser melhores. Comodidade: Excelente: Fácil excesso ao parque aquático e Vila Guarani (para bebida/comida/serviços pagamento com a pulseira do hotel) Ponto negativo: A alimentação é sofrível, sem criatividade , comida sem gosto , muito abaixo da qualidade deste hotel. Precisa melhorar muito, muito mesmo. Apresentação dos pratos e sobremesas aquém da expectativa. Uma pena. Fora isso, recomendo muito este hotel , mas a alimentação deveria ser muito melhor para um hotel desta categoria e caro.

Nossa viagem em família no hot Beach Resort foi incrível. Atendimento, acomodação, estrutura, tudo excelente. A integração com o parque facilitava muito e foi super cômodo. A Vila Guarani para fechar a noite era perfeita com brinquedos para as crianças, além dos show que eram muito bons! Voltaremos com certeza!

Pelo preço da diária a comida é bem fraca, no sabado em especial a fila pra pegar um pedaço de carne estava muito grande, e faltou varias comidas que os recipientes estavam vazios. O elevador também é um problema, no sabado estavamos com bebe e uma criança, demoramos quase 10 minutos para conseguir descer.

Razoável quanto ao hotel, na questão da alimentacao, o cardápio fica a desejar, nao tem variedade, sem sabor, a identificacao dos pratos é toda baguncada, fazendo com que haja desperdicio de alimentos. Bom quarto

Hotel bom com quartos ótimos. Tem o atrativo o parque, mas a estrutura do resort é de hotel. Academia pequena e com poucos aparelhos, mesa de ping pong e sinuca em lugares improvisados (falta um salão de jogos adequado). Estacionamento é grande , mas não o suficiente para alta demanda - carros parados em lugares inusitado trancando a rua e outros veículos. A comida e razoável, o cardápio se repete diariamente. Fiquei três dias e o menu foi praticamente o mesmo. O lugar onde serve a comida é insuficiente, fica uma bagunça na hora das refeições. Parecia um bandejão. Acho que em baixa temporada deve ser melhor em todos os aspectos.
