O hotel tem uma atmosfera ruim, os funcionários tratam os hóspedes mal, não há a sensação de acolhimento, os funcionários parecem estar sendo incomodados quando nos dirigimos a eles. Nem parece estadia em hotel, parece estadia de favor. Não recomendo e não volto.

Precisa melhorar a periodicidade da limpeza dos quartos. A água das piscinas é fria, por se tratar de estância termal. Ninguém vai a uma estância termal para ficar na água fria.

Excelente! Apesar de Muito cheio pois já esperava essa lotação pelo pedido de férias! A única chateação de todos que conversei foi o assédio por parte da equipe que fica tentando te empurrar participar dos eventos de venda do hotel… muito chato e incoveniente, tive q ser grossa para pararem de importunar , do resto tudo muitooo bomm !!

Hotel de qualidade com alguns adendos
Hotel bacana, voltaria, porém notamos que o banheiro não estaca tão limpo, saias das camas extremamente sujas, outro ponto negativo é as hidromassagem, são extremamente pequenas e as pessoas ficam por muito tempo, não dando oportunidade para outros usarem, deveria ter reserva por horários, outro ponto que chega ser extremamente insuportável são as pessoas que ficam atras da gente a todo momento e todo canto querendo vender cotas, é insuportável. No mais, as comidas são de qualidade, tem bastante lazer, da para aproveitar muito com a família, ambiente do apartamento muito espaço e confortável.

Limpeza deixou a desejar
O quarto que fiquei estava com vazamento no banheiro e ficou alagado, com larvas. A limpeza deixou muito a desejar, limparam muito mal, quando chegamos tinha uma caixa de remédios jogada na área do ar condicionado e lá continuou. Secaram o banheiro e não deixaram tapete, o banheiro permaneceu inundado por todos os dias.

Não foi boa, o tempo ficou encoberto ou chovendo. Achei o piso das piscinas escorregadio, meu marido escorregou, felizmente não se machucou. Devido ao tempo, chuvas, viemos embora antes do período contratado.
