"This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at! After trying to find a safe, clean, and quiet hotel for a relaxing trip to Algarve- this was the perfect spot! The hotel front desk staff were super friendly, and went above and beyond with a warm welcome when we arrived late on the first night. The nightly events were fun, and the free buffet breakfast was great. The design and furniture was lovely, and our room was spacious and clean!"

"We had a two bedroom suite at the Residences. Hotel is beautiful but it is very spread out. To go to beach and main hotel building you need to take a shuttle which you may need to wait for 15-20 minutes. For a 5 star resort service was a bit spotty. We had a mishap at breakfast- was told we can do a la cart instead of buffet but ended up waiting for 1 hour to get eggs which was ridiculous. This hotel is also outside of Albufeira so location is not super convenient - you have to drive to town. "

The hotel has many amenities & activities to do but one that was very convenient for us was that the beach was a short walk away, with that you experience the most beautiful scenery of the mountains whilst walking towards it."

"Was pleasantly surprised with this place. The staff were very kind and helpful. Was like a little apartment, without a washer though. 1 min walk to the beach and plenty of restaurants in very short distances. Lots of kids/families by the pool. A little wading pool for the little ones too. The bar by the pool is nice and has plenty of options for food and beverages. "
