"Right next to the Hauptbahnhof and close to shops and restaurants, breakfast was also included in our stay. Despite being next to the station it was quiet and we were not disturbed. The room was spotless and cleaned daily. Reception was helpful and check in and out efficient as you would expect. Breakfast had options for any diet, I’m vegan and had no problems. Best to avoid the dining room between 8.30 and 10 at weekends, It’s super busy. The hotel is in close proximity to the markets as well...

"Beautiful hotel in the most convenient location to the Christmas markets and shops. Staff is kind and helpful, room is beyond amazing and comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay again!! "

"This hotel exceeded our expectations. The 2 Double rooms with balcony also had an area with wardrobes and room to store our luggage, there was also a sitting area in the first bedroom. "100 rooms Hotel, proper rooms, not too small, good bathroom space. The single use double bed room was a bit overpriced, for that there was winter holiday, no service except reception, no kitchen, except a served breakfast. For such limited offerings it shouldn't be more cost than 60-70 EUR. The hotel charged 90+ with 18 EUR breakfast option."

"Everything and anything in the castle stinks with cat urine! The sanitation department should check this place. A cat killed a mouse right in front of us in the "lobby"... The "apartment" rented to us was not a true rental, it was someone else's full time apartment that was cleaned for us. It had all the articles of the owner. Really gross. The people who live and work there really try hard and are nice, but not disclosing the cat pee stink and the fact that the property was someone's permanent...

Cat urine galore

"Everything and anything in the castle stinks with cat urine! The sanitation department should check this place. A cat killed a mouse right in front of us in the "lobby"... The "apartment" rented to us was not a true rental, it was someone else's full time apartment that was cleaned for us. It had all the articles of the owner. Really gross. The people who live and work there really try hard and are nice, but not disclosing the cat pee stink and the fact that the property was someone's permanent abode is very dishonest. "
