And then the entire concierge team was extraordinary in guiding us not only to local attractions, but also to our future destination stops in Italy. I can’t say enough about Carmelo who gave us so much information about our next stops with suggestions on must see towns, tours and restaurants. He is one of the most fascinating and friendly person you will ever meet with incredible knowledge of Italy.
