One person was very attentive and helpful, another could have said ‘scan your key on the black box in the lift to make it work, your key needs to go into the round switch as you enter the room (difficult to find in the dark) and I know it’s supposed to be minimal contact. "Beautiful hotel, our room was a feature room with stained glass windows and lots of carved stone and other features. Friendly and accommodating staff, nice breakfast in spectacular surroundings. Without doubt we’d stay again on our next visit"
