"Absolutely excellent service considering the price. Staff couldnt do enough for you. So helpful and friendly. We only slept in a room, but pillows were so comfy! Reception staff was helpful and so customer service orientated. Breakfast was fab, simple but so nice. I can definitely recommend this place as it has everything you need for your stay. Do not be put off by the price and location. It is nice and clean and as mentioned before staff is brilliant"

"Hotel itself was clean and staff was nice, but they either have smoking rooms that we were near, or entire floors. Hotels.com said it was close to the Milan airport, which is why we booked there to head out of town the next morning. Hotel is a solid 4+ miles away from the airport with nothing nearby (no restaurants, nothing touristy) but they do provide a shuttle if you call and arrange for it in advance.
