Otley Terrace offers a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and modern living whether your a family or contractors this home has everything you need.
Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac with parking, this home comprises of an open plan kitchen diner with large doors leading to the lounge, 3 bedrooms upstairs with a lovely family bathroom with a shower over the bath. A separate WC downstairs and an enclosed rear garden with seating for those sunny nights.

This property benefits from a local tram stop that is a 2 minute walk away from the property providing plenty of easy commuting for everyone.
If you fail to adhere to the house rules your deposit will be will not be returned and additional charges may apply.  

1) Pets are not to go on the furniture! Any pet waste in the rear garden must be removed and cleaned before vacating.
2) Please ensure any pet waste is removed from the front garden also.
3) No Smoking is permitted in the property!
4) Parking must be on the cul-de-sac or street, however please be mindful of the residents.
5) Check out is 10am, if you wish to have a later checkout please contact the property manager on-07741-272-029 otherwise you will be charged for the late checkout is past 10am.
6) Any damage should be reported immediately and an appropriate charge will apply.
7) Partying and excessive noise is not permitted.
8) Photo ID must be provided to the property manager at danielle.t@pillowpartners.co.uk upon reservation being made.
