 The apartment is located in a very quiet residential area of Oldenburg in a cul-de-sac, directly at the Wallmuseum, where the Middle Ages can be experienced up close.

Through the ramparts, a path leads into the historic old town of Oldenburg, with all the shops and restaurants.

It can be reached in 15 minutes.

A bike path leads through fields and meadows to the in 6 km. Farewell holiday park Weißenhäuser beach with high recreational activities, wide beaches, cliffs and a subtropical swimming area, or fun in jungle country for children.

Heiligenhafen with its fishing port and marina and the island of Fehmarn can be reached quickly by car.
