The 45m2 flat is located approx. 100 metres from Denn s Biomarkt and a bus stop. The train station and a large weekly market at the Pferdemarkt (Tue, Thu and Sat. from 7 am to 1.30 pm) invite you to shop and drink coffee. The city centre is also within walking distance in 15 minutes and the flat is centrally located in a quiet cul-de-sac. Come and see for yourself, a car parking space is waiting directly in front of the house, I run my holiday flat with heart and soul, and like to receive my guests personally, but if you arrive later, guests can check in independently via a key box, Oldenburg is a beautiful city to stroll around with small alleys and old houses, with a large selection of shops, museums & art houses with cafés, take a walk in the castle garden, or cycle into the green.

Next to the house entrance is a sitting area , so that you can also enjoy the good weather !

If Freifunk Wlan is not available, there is no compensation. I am not responsible for the connection and have no influence on it.
Please do not waste energy. Do not leave windows open for more than 10 minutes during the heating period.
In the morning 5 minutes and in the evening 5 minutes of airing means 1 window in the living / sleeping area, a window in the dining / cooking area and the window in the bathroom completely open switch off the light before you leave the house, for the sake of the environment.
There are some additional house rules, I am a nice landlord, which you can also see in the reviews, but 7 years of experience show that it is unfortunately not possible without house rules.

The holiday apartment is situated in a dead end street, very quiet, very good transport connections, Oldenburg is a very cosy town to stroll around with many small shops and everything that makes the heart beat faster, but for those who love nature, there are beautiful cycle paths (Hunter cycle path), walks around the Bornhorster See, castle garden, botanical garden, the spa town of Bad Zwischenahn is also worth a visit (approx. 13 km from OL), the North Sea coast is approx. 75 km away.
