"Room ok but crazy fikthy construction right next to the hotel and housekeeping that comes into your room without your permission! They did this 2x in 2 days to me. Also: hotel is completely unresponsive. "

"As others have said. Sutomatic light in toilet is annoying during the night. When checking in, it asked for country of residence and Australia doesnt exist. So we said Austria. It worked! Good size room for this type of hotel. Big enough even for a second chair but there isn't one."

"I arrived on Sunday, September 29. Neither my reservation with Expedia nor the hotel's site mentioned that the hotel front desk as well as the hotel is closed on Sunday. Luckily I received an email from the hotel a few days before my arrival that advised me of this and the fact that I had to access the key for my room at a lock box at the front door of the hotel using a code sent in the email and thus I was able to let myself into the hotel and my room. Staff members are friendly and the morning breakfast was quite good. It was a hot day in Steyr reaching near 27-29c, and the room stayed warm till evening.
