"Property is in a good location in front of a beach and a 20 min walk to the marina which is beautiful and has lots of great places to eat. The gardens are also close by with a great playground for kids. The unit wasn’t cleaned throughly and showing wear and tear. Additionally for a long term stay you had to pay an additional cleaning charge if you wanted it cleaned or new linens. The pool was closed for long term maintenance and we were not informed prior to checking in which was frustrating...

"The property is very well located close to the main beaches and Limassol town. The apartment was perfect for our family of 4 (two kids below 12) and is clean and well equipped. The terrace is fantastic - we had all our breakfasts there as it had lovely sea breezes. Parking was aplenty at a public car park at the back of the apartment building. Marios is attentive and lovely. The only thing I’ll say is don’t be too fazed by the entry and lift. It does not do the apartment itself justice....
