"good size flat . the cleanliness is not like famous swiss standart. lots of dust flaff, a lingering smell, no bed linen on(u have to do it yourself), windows. not like the price they ask for end of stay cleaning. this flat has too much owners stuff in it. the bedrooms were empty cupboards mostly but no kitchen space apart from the fridge, the worst part was the flat manager did not answer the phone and we were not able to pay the tourist tax and get 50% off cable cars+free transport in the area....

"Wir waren während 4 Tagen bei herrlichem Sommerwetter in Bergün. Das ruhige und authentische Dorf hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Wandermöglichkeiten sind vielfältig und das Waldschwimmbad gleich neben dem Haus prächtig. Die Wohnung ist gut und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, der Balkon mit schöner Aussicht sehr angenehm. "We had a wonderful stay, and think this property would be perfectly suited to a family getaway. The walk from town/train station to the rental was pretty brutal in business attire however, and the bus to the nearby stop only came once per hour, so we were only able to use it once. "This hotel was one of the best I have stayed in. The receptionist (blonde lady) spoke perfect English and was very helpful and friendly. The pool was open all day to 9pm, with a special child friendly time from 5-7 which my child adored, and it was very clean and modern. We parked in the garage underneath the hotel (for a fee) which you need your room card to gain access. This was safe and secure.
