"This place is top-notch. You get incredible value staying at a property where you'd expect to pay much more. Rooms are clean and comfortable, much larger than expected, and with many additional features. The location is great, with many shops in the area, and only a short walk to the seaside. It's also not that far to the centre of town where you will find the cathedral and the many shopping streets. I'll definitely stay here when I return to Cadiz."

"This is a very nice flat in a lovely area of the old city. However, the loveliness of the owner is the best part - while my friend and I were visiting Cadiz, my friend was suddenly taken badly ill and was in hospital for several days. When the owner found out, she not only let us have a late check-out, but also invited us to stay longer in the flat if we needed, at no charge, and we were to let her know if there was anything she could do to help us. "OK for one night. Living room, separate bedroom. Big shower. Hard to get to by car, narrow streets and a lot are one way. Parking is 5 minutes away. "

"Beds are compfy but it just doesnt have the required facilities to be charging 12 euro a night for. No heat, no hot water and lack of kitchen as well. Its a good 5 euro hostel if u want to be cold and raw during this time of year but otherwise typical unequipped lazy spanish just over charging us so they can eat and sleep all day. "
