"Overall, our stay was great. The manager was on site daily and was actually there when we checked in to assist. The beds are very comfortable, as are the pillows. The showers have good water pressure and get warm/ hot quickly. The challenges of this facility are that the wi-fi doesn't work and that our parking spot was stolen by other guests on two occasions and there was no way to remedy this situation. "

"GREAT AMAZING HOTEL. A bit pricey but for the comfort and location for spa it's GREAT! Breakfast buffet is the best one I have ever been to. They have everything you would want for breakfast. It also has the BEST times until 1100 weekdays and noon weekends. AMAZING. I highly recommend. The spa was NOT the best. To get drinks you either go to the restaurant or a small bar in spa area. The bar was the smallest I have ever seen and way too SMALL for the amount of visitors and the size of spa. It had a very SMALL pool to walk up too but it was always pretty full and DEFINITELY understaffed! "

"We booked our room late and Expedia allowed us to book a room that wasn’t available. The proprietor sent messages in a timely manner and met us at reception even though it was past check in time and made accommodations for us. Hotel was located close to bakeries, cafes, old town and shopping. Clean, plenty of towels and bedding. Would recommend and stay again."

"The hotel is beautiful! The staff are very welcoming and nice! Breakfast was included and it was very good. The Christmas market was 8-10 min walk and so was old town. The DM store was around the corner and so was the marketplace. Would stay here again, i did hear loud music nd people talking at 1 am but it wasnt too bad. "

"The apartment is very spacious and easily acomodates a family with kids. Besides the nice decoration, its fully equiped and there's also a washing machine and at night it's very silent, perfect when you are traveling with a baby! The location is perfect, being close to everything. On top of all that, the host is very fiendly , understanding and helpful. We made a mistake with the booking dates and forgot our car key. Both problems with swiftly resolved, without any hickups. We wholeheartedly recommend this place and will surely return!"
