"My wife and I were celebrating our anniversary and picked this property because it looked suitable for where we wanted to be from a location standpoint. The room was nice and I think we both enjoyed the historic aspect of the building. The property manager was exceptional in regards to responses while we were there. "Overall, it was great! Few little things.. we got in late and we weren't for sure where to go, very dark and no lights on. Little confusing once you get in there because there is a house and 2 buildings on the one property. Had to ask if there was a key to check in or code. But they got back to me very quick every time I had a question. The shower floor is very creaky.. not sure if not enough base under shower. But not that we know where it is and stuff I would def stay there again!"

"The property itself was a little hard to find, as I was not also expecting it to be attached to someone elses living courters; but with that being said it was not a bad stay. The property inside and out was beautiful for what it is, and was surrounded by woods so you couldn't see the road, so it gives you a cozy feel without being super far away from everything. We got to see a lot of cool birds at the bird feeders outside through the window which was a nice touch I appreciated."

"Very peaceful setting directly on Pushaw Lake outside of Old Town. Out of the way from the populated tourist areas but all are accessible within a 1- 2 hour drive. Communication with property manager was excellent and house had everything we needed. Old Town had good restaurant options."

"Cottage is very cozy and welcoming. It has everything you might need for your stay. Grill outside works perfect too. Dock and fire pit were the plus. We spend all our nights at the fire watching the sunset. Lake is very clean and warm even in mid September. Unfortunately we weren’t able to use a kayaks or canoe due to weather but I am sure we will come back another time. Also First time we watch the loon so close. Thank you. "

"It was a 10 min ride in from town which was fine. We wanted secluded and it was. House heater warmwd up the entire house, when needed. Fire pit to sit near at night made the nights perfect, looking out from the dock at the water and fall colors was beautiful. Haeverything we needed there"
