"We recently stayed at El Vicenç in Mallorca. What a beautiful hotel! Views from the rooftop pool bar area over to the ocean are incredible. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast, with many options available on and off menu. The highlight was the fresh smoothie which changed daily. The staff were all wonderful, Richi and Begoña, in particular were fantastic—always friendly and attentive during breakfast service. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, almost as if we were the first people ever to stay, and our room (with a hot tub) was a perfect retreat after a day of exploring the island. The spa was clean, modern, and extremely relaxing. A nice touch was the fruit and water bottles constantly topped up both here and in the gym area. The gym was excellent, air conditioned, clean and modern. One of my favourite features was the private cinema, which provided a cozy way to unwind in the evenings. You can book the room to yourself and select a film from Netflix. The reception staff here, also fantastic. Always welcomed you with a smile and nothing was ever a trouble when asked. Overall, our stay was exceptional, and we’d highly recommend El Vicenç to anyone looking for a luxurious/relaxing getaway in Mallorca. A big thank you to the entire team for such a memorable stay!"

"Bordoy hotel was exceptional. The staff were really awesome and they made our stay very comfortable. The food was so good. I was glad I paid for half board. The restaurant was actually a 5 star for me too. I never expected much since it was an hotels restaurant but both the service and food was excellent. "

"We loved this hotel. We feel lucky we found this hotel in the walled part of Alcùdia. We are cyclists and not interested in staying along the beach. The staff was very accommodating in providing bike storage and anyone we talked to were extremely nice and welcoming. Our room was comfortable and quiet."
