"Although the room was clean but there are many problems there! 1. There is no reception or front desk, sometimes they had someone speaking French only! 2. The area is super noisy, I couldn’t sleep those nights due to lots of homeless outside, very loud talking or screaming 3. Breakfast is nothing, there is a restaurant 150m away offering coffee and croissant only!! 4. The safe is not attached to wall or any shelf, somebody can open the door and take the safe easily! 5. I didn’t feel safe there...

"Lovely hotel. Love the concept and the decor. Had problems with the first room but the Manager authorised an upgrade to a King Room as the same style room I paid for wasn’t available. Then had a miscommunication with a member of the restaurant staff but the Manager listened to me point of view and carried out Service Recovery. It would be hard to beat the Manager’s service from the heart delivery. "

"This is hands down our very favorite hotel EVER! The staff was so very professional, personable, accommodating, and caring. They took care of our every need. "Le Meridien Beach Plaza located near bus station, tourists can take bus 5 or 6 to Monte Carlo Train station to go to the nearby tourist attraction areas. Eze Village is a must visit. "Interesting but not for everyone. We were looking for a place to spend the night on our way from Rome to Monaco, this place, although only a few miles from the freeway, it is located on a mountain with narrow roads that take almost 40 minutes to drive. The check in is by yourself, there are only 6 rooms and when we got there at 7 pm we were the only people in the whole building. The restaurants that were suggested to us were closed on that day so we had to drive higher in the mountain to find a place to eat. There were only 3 restaurants open. We ate at Baci, it was excellent. In the morning we found out that 2 more couples had arrived after us. Breakfast was ONE croissant per person and ONE coffee, no refills. There was also yogurt. That was not what the pictures show on their advertisement. There was only a man who served us the coffee and croissant but never checked back on us. Also, we could not access the WiFi because the 2 passwords they gave us did not work. Beautiful place if you like an interesting place to visit. "
