"Property was clean spacious, white bed linen & towels were also very clean and soft, comfortable pillows but no restaurant or cafeteria near by to have a drink or breakfast. There was no complementary tea or coffee one could have on arrival or in the morning. If you are going to this property and will need a drink please remember to pack your tea, coffee & coffee mate 😕😊 as you can’t just pop round the corner for a drink. "A really lovely B&B. Warm welcome. Fabulous views. Accommodation very comfortable. Nice pool. Delicious breakfast. Own transport definitely needed as it is very remote (up a steep hill!) with no shops or restaurants in walking distance. Great base for exploring Antigua. "

"We spent a night there, and despite being simple, it really helped us. The owner received us in a very friendly way and although it was a little bit late, she was very kind and prepared us something to eat. The air conditioner was already on in our bedroom and the bedding and the room were totally clean. The bedroom has a nice space and there were two double beds. "I loved the property and how it was set up. A few tiny things niggled me. The jacuzzi bath didn't have a stopper so couldnt use it as a bath. The shower wasnt cleaned properly, there was hairs all over. No other plugs for international guests. Some of the lights didnt work."

"The view and location make it worth the trip. Leonard was great and answered all the questions we had. The house has all the amenities you need to cook and is not too far from some really great restaurants. Sandras.. South Beach bar and resturant located 2 mins away in carlyle Bay "

"We had an excellent time staying at Carolyn's property during our first visit to Antigua. The furnishings and layout were perfect for what we needed, it was the best-stocked holiday rental I've stayed at. Location-wise we loved the mix of being more secluded than a resort/big town, but still being close to the best bits of the island (albeit you definitely need a rental car!) being able to walk 5 minutes down to the sea was just wonderful."

"Booked a last minute getaway and couldn’t be happier The price was great! The all inclusive package was well worth it. Not as all inclusive as the big resorts but perfect for what we were looking for. Our room was nice with a pretty view. Shower was weak with limited hot water but good enough to clean up before dinner. The tv was new and large. Just need to log into your own accounts The rum drinks were great. Coffee station was nice! Breakfast was standard fare The bread was a little dry. Lunch was great. Served right to our lounger. Dinner was ok. Fish was great. Could use additional pastas on the all inclusive. The soups were amazing. Spice and Ricardo were the dream team. The beach was cute and relaxing. The pelicans were amazing to watch. The place is overall shabby chic. Super clean and authentic. Would love to go back. The staff are all so nice. Massages were fantastic! It was just the break we needed. "
