Entire home is cleaned and disinfected after every stay!! Immaculate, sunny and spacious open floor plan on first floor. Lots of improvements inside and out!
4 bedroom, 2 queen, 1 double twin, and 1 single twin, this home comfortably sleeps 7. We do have 2 kids cots for those little ones who like to sleep in your room .All bedrooms are on the second floor.There is a small pack and play also available if you have babies.
A large comfy recliner chair. And plenty of seating in the living room.
Full size dining room table with seating for 6 and 2 extra chairs readily available if needed.There is a detachable high chair for the little ones. And a bumble seat.
2 full baths one on the first floor with a super spacious shower, with overhead shower head, or hand held shower. The second floor full bathroom with full tub, and handheld shower head. And each shower also has a wall container with body wash, shampoo, and conditioner.
Fully applianced kitchen, full size fridge, and full size gas range and oven, DW, microwave, and several kitchen gadgets, full stock of everyday spices, oils and vinegars.
Enjoy a welcome basket full of snacks, a just in case you forgot basket with some basic hygiene essentials.
There is central heat and a/c throughout the house and two thermostats one for each floor.

Also enjoy several games for all ages, DVD movies, books for the younger ones and the adults.
First aid kit with eye glass repair kit, and small sewing kit, outlet covers for those little ones safety.
Bed Linens provided, all towels, and beach towels also.
12 minute walk to the beach, downtown, palace play land, pier, dining, and shops. We have 3 adult bikes, and 2 strollers. walking trails are located at the ballpark up the street.
The back deck has conversation set seating and the front porch has a table and chairs and acozy nook area also full seating sofa, chair and rocker, and a great ocean breeze! Also a wonderful area for evening drinks, morning coffee, or meals!
Washer, dryer, gas grill, picnic table, beach wagon, beach chairs, and beach toys, and boogie boards, soft sided coolers, and beach umbrellas.
Nearby park , and market .Asian resteraunt just steps from house.
WiFi and cable TV, DVD player, stereo, ceiling fans almost every room.
Big back yard, with on site parking for 2 cars.
We have Stocked the home with toilet tissue, Kleenex, and paper towels to get you going, there is liquid dish soap, DW tabs, laundry tabs, hand soaps at each sink area, hand sanitizer also available.
Cleaning products in each bathroom and in kitchen should you need them.
We are hoping to be able to make your stay comfortable, relaxing, and easy on the packing .
This is NOT a party area. And sorry, as much as we love them, NO pets. Too many people have allergies .AND PLEASE REMEMBER CHECK-INS ARE ON SATURDAYS ONLY AT 4:00 PM unless otherwise arranged with owner!

Super cozy beach house!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and the hosts were very easy to get a hold of. The house was very cozy and we loved sitting out on the front porch everyday. Would definitely recommend.

Great Getaway
This was our second time renting the property and I can't say enough good things about the experience. All the things you need to feel at home are taken care of. From the spices and extra snacks in the kitchen, to the towels and linens in the bedrooms. After last year we were looking forward to our vacation this year and it didn't disappoint. Great weather and the whole family enjoyed themselves thoroughly.

Amazing OOB House!
Bill and Nancy Holmes were absolutely delightful hosts! They stocked their home with everything under the sun and left us wanting for nothing! The beach gear was life saving as we spent many a day at the beach sitting in the chairs under the umbrellas while the kids played in the ocean on the body boards! The kitchen was well equipped with every appliance and utensil to make our stay hassle free! The home was well decorated and the yard was beautifully landscaped! We absolutely loved sittting on the front porch and chatting with the neighbors, especially Joe who is an absolute delight! I look forward to visiting Maine again and will definitely stay at this property if in the area!

Awesome stay in Old Orchard Beach
Stay was fantastic. Owner supplied everything you could need for a home away from home. Beds were comfortable. Brita Water filter was really a nice feature for filling water bottles. Home was centrally located to drive to Portland or surrounding area and walking distance to fielders choice for ice cream or general dollar and even the pier. Would definitely rent this house again. Thanks for a great property for friends and family to gather.

very nice older remodeled house with all the necessities and more that you would ever need!
This was a very nice remodel older home with all the amenities you would ever need on vacation or otherwise! This felt like a Home away from Home stay! Good proximity to the beach, restaurant's and surrounding area. All the snacks and extra's were a very nice touch. Very clean and everything well organized. We would recommend this rental and would return again if visiting the area! We picked up our daughter, son n law, & two of their friends off the AT at Mt. Washington area for a few days of RR before they finish the last 300 miles of their AT hiking journey. They really enjoyed there stay!

We had a great time at this house! It was very clean, organized and had plenty of space to rest and relax. It was close to all the local beaches and restaurants too. The washer/dryer was a plus too!

Great vacation home and tons of thoughtful touches!
The house is immaculate from top to bottom inside and out. Even the Weber grill was so clean it looked like it was brand new. Just spotless. Tons of little things that made our stay fantastic, lots of towels and wash clothes, spices, water, coffeemaker the list goes on. Easy location to walk to town although we drove to the beach. Pretty quiet neighborhood with friendly local neighbors. We are returning here next year, truly one of the best properties we’ve stayed at anywhere.

Fantastic Vacation Week!!!
We have been vacationing in Maine for about 15 years and this was our 5th year in OOB. As frequent renters this home is definitely a home away from home and the most lovely of homes we have stayed at. All the amenities and extra touches made our stayed even more pleasant. I appreciated the full kitchen and all labeled items. The front porch was great for evening chats and cards games. The yard was perfect to play yard games and grill out. The bedrooms were perfectly set up for our family!!!! And our children loved the waterfall shower!! This truly is one of the best homes we have stayed at to date and we look forward to returning.

The house is spacious, clean, and well kept. We traveled with 3 adults and 3 teens. The multiple bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were perfect. It is a short drive to the beach or little longer walk. It has everything you could need while away from home. We appreciated the wagon, beach towels, umbrellas, and chairs. Unfortunately we needed the first aid kit, but everything was stocked there too. As described in the listing. Highly recommend!

Family Vacation
We had an absolutely fantastic time. Despite some rain early in the week, there was plenty to do to keep the kids occupied. Once the sun came out they enjoyed the beach, while we went to Kennebunkport. We highly recommend this property for its cleanliness, availability of anything that is required for your stay and walking distance to town.

Perfect home for spending time with friends!!
There were 5 old friends gathering to see the Portland area. This was perfect for us.; lots of room, super clean and included many extra. Welcome baskets, kitchen stocked, items for going to beach etc. The owner has truly made this house a home away from home. We will stay here again if we visit this part of Maine again.

Organization to the max
This property was so charming and welcoming! Nancy and Bill truely thought of all the needs their guest needs. We loved all the labels and organization. It made it easy to maneuver around and find items. Our children loved the snack basket and all the board games. The binder was chalked full of useful information. Well Stocked Shore Home for Family Vacation
Very thoughtful amenities and well stocked beach gear for both adults and kids. Ample space for a large family with open floor downstairs. Several separate outside seating areas which we utilized for meals. Overall a great house fir our trip, would definitely recommend.

Amazing house!
This house was so organized you could find everything so easily. Nancy was amazing at responding if there were any questions. We have a 2 and 5 year old. This house was perfect for kids. They had so many toys for the house and beach, and supplies like strollers, high chairs, cots, and so much more to help with cutting down the stuff of needing to travel with. We pretty much came with our clothes and toiletries. It is a nice walk or bike ride to the beach and pier. The beach wagon was really helpful to have a good day at the beach with all the supplies the house has. I was so amazed from the moment I walked in. We loved it!

I have never stayed in a vacation rental that was so thoughtfully and completely stocked. From everything you would need in the kitchen, to everything you might need on the beach. We felt pampered as snacks, coffees and incidentals were provided as well as every kind of soap, detergents and paper products you might need. We are so appreciative that we were cared for so well!

Fun family beach house
Our family of five stayed here and enjoyed the quiet location. The yard was large and beautifully landscaped. The inside was very clean with cute coastal decor. We walked and drove to the beach several times a day. It was nice to have both options. The house had everything we needed and more.
