"This hotel is in an excellent location within downtown Montreal, close to the old town and port approx 5-10 mins walk. The hotel staff where helpful, and were kind enough to offer my room 2 hours earlier than normal, which was a big help. The view from the hotel room is fantastic, and you can see the city skyscrapers/and bridges lit up at night. The room was clean and had good overall facilities and was generally very quite for sleeping at night. The hotel has two dining options, and both restaurants are nicely presented , and serve high quality food and drink. The staff at both , where polite and helpful. "

From the front desk: Vincent, Bianca, Remi, Sarah… to the wait staff who helped our family of 2 adults, teenage son, and twin girls during breakfast: Raphael, Guillaume, to our housekeeping: Moliki and Joseph… as well as the technician who can in to help: Ahmed. "Rooms were very spacious and well equipped. Perfect for a 4 night stay with room to entertain family members staying at the same hotel. The stairs were a bit challenging but the help with our luggage was amazing."
