"I hesitate to write negative reviews, but need to make sure the next renters understand the house properly. The House is literally attached to, and behind, the Mermaid Takeaway on Green End Road. Looking at google maps, a new unit has been built to replace the small storage shed shown, and the green space in front of the house is now the back patio of that unit (not your unit). "A perfect location for our young family for a stay over Christmas, with plenty space and private garden views. Lyn is an excellent host, and the Cottage is a wonderfully presented property. Everything we needed was provided. We had a very comfortable stay and hope to return in future."
